Competition

1. These rules and terms and conditions apply to the Facebook competition.

2. The competition is organised by Cheltenham Podiatry of 1231 Nepean Hwy, Highett, Victoria 3190. ABN: 84 549 905 034

3. Competition commences 19/1/17. Entries close 15/2/2017 at 11.59pm. The winners will be drawn on the 16/2/2017. The winners will be announced directly through Facebook on the 16/2/17 by a comment on the Cheltenham Podiatry Facebook post.

4. In the event of a dispute regarding the rules, results, or issues relating to the prize, the decision of Cheltenham Podiatry is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

5. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Cheltenham Podiatry are not eligible to enter the competition.

6. The competition is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over.

7. You must have a personal Facebook account to enter the competition. Facebook business pages are ineligible for entry.

8. Entrants must like Cheltenham Podiatry Facebook page, share and tag a friend whom may be interested in the competition.

9. The competition begins and ends at the times and dates as stated on the ​Cheltenham Podiatry Facebook Page. All times stated are Australian ​Eastern Standard Time.

10. Two prizes will be awarded to two different entrants.

11. One entry per winner is permitted.

12. The winner will be chosen by Cheltenham Podiatry.

13. The prize for each winner is a pair of fit flops retail value of up to $169 and a ​tube of Dermal Therapy Heel Balm. Total prize value of up to $192. Price ​includes GST. The prize has a 6 month expiry from the date the winner is ​drawn. There is no cash alternative .The prize winners will be notified by the ​Cheltenham Podiatry Facebook page and the winners must provide their ​address and contact details for the purpose of prize fulfillment by private ​messaging. Failure to reply within 72 hours may result in the selection of ​an alternative winner.

14. Cheltenham Podiatry is not liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit of ​the prize.

15. Cheltenham Podiatry is not responsible for any additional costs arising from ​prize winnings.

16. By entering this contest, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any ​or all liability in connection with this contest. This promotion is no way ​sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
